Refund Policy - the basics
Service Fees
All towing and roadside assistance services are provided based on availability and circumstances. Once a service has been completed, fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If a service request is canceled before a tow truck is dispatched, no charge will apply.
Cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to a service or cancellation fee.
No-Show Situations
If our driver arrives at the service location and the customer is unavailable or the service is no longer needed, charges may still apply.
Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will review the issue and make corrections if applicable.
Payment Disputes
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees.
